Jihad is a Muslim term. It came into existence with Islam about 600 years after Jesus was crucified. Thus, it certainly does not appear in the Bible and Jesus could not have preached it.
Terrorism is an 18th century term that has only come to be used popularly in modern times. Thus for the same reasons, it also does not appear in the Bible and Jesus could not have preached it.
Conceptually, Jesus preached neither. He never advocated for armed struggle against anyone. Many were frustrated with him for this, as they believed the Messiah would overthrow Roman rule and lead the Jews to a restoration of the Davidic Kingdom. This way of thinking later resulted in a series of Jewish-Roman wars which resulted in the near complete destruction of the Jews in Judea.
When Peter used a sword to try to protect Jesus, this is what happened:
Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
Mt 26:52 (he also healed the damage done)
He also preached this:
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Mt 5
Doesn’t sound much like jihad or terrorism to me.
