Yes without the context you can practically get anything to mean what it does not mean.
From the Merriam-Webster dictionary, context is “the parts of a discourse that surround a word or passage and can throw light on its meaning.”
Context adds specificity to what is being written and directs the reader attention to a particular train of thought. Thus avoiding, unwanted interpretation.
Which proves only unintelligent people don’t use context
Context Quran
In isolation the verses are being taken out of context to mean something they not.
Taking the context into consideration would help you come to an entirely different conclusion.
So with your logic when reading Surah 2.191 it says“And kill them wherever you find them.” its okay to stop after this line and read nothing else and then tell you all Muslims are killers. Or would you rather i read the verses before and after 2:191 and I would find that the passage is giving Muslims permission to use force when those around them are persecuting them and trying to expel them from where they are. The verses clearly state that if and when the aggressors or persecutors stop the aggression/persecution, then the Muslims are to stop the fighting. Why? Verse 2:192 says that Allah is forgiving and merciful and thus Muslims by implication are to be forgiving and merciful toward those who do not engage in aggression or persecution.
